Schedule Change Request Policy

If your team encounters an emergency and needs to request a schedule change, please email [email protected] as early as possible. Our email is not monitored 24/7, so the more notice you give, the better the chance we can make adjustments.

We will do everything we can to help in genuine emergency situations, but we ask that teams make every effort to avoid rescheduling. If you're short on players or a coach, consider playing with a minimum of 4 players or having another parent step in to coach for the evening.

Please understand that even one schedule change can cause a ripple effect, impacting multiple teams, referees, and field logistics. A single reschedule can affect up to 20 families who have already made plans.

Schedule Change Expectations

• The opposing coach has the right to deny a schedule change request. If you cannot play as originally scheduled and the request is denied, the result will be a forfeit.
• If a schedule change would impact four or more teams, we will likely require a forfeit to avoid large-scale disruptions.
• Playoff games will be difficult to reschedule, as matchups depend on the outcomes of prior games. We will do our best to honor submitted blackout dates when scheduling playoffs, but flexibility may be limited.
