Refund Policy – Fall 2025

It's important to note that once players start registering, the league incurs many startup expenses including software licensing per player, jerseys, equipment, permit costs, referees, and more.  Note that the $3.00 Service Free from our software vendor is non-refundable. 

Pre-K Pee Wee

• During Registration (7/14 – 8/4): $67.50 (90% Refund)
• After Jersey Order (8/5 – 8/22): $37.50 (50% Refund)
• After the Season Starts (8/23 – 9/15): $18.25 (25% Refund)

Girls League & Kindergarten

• During Registration (7/14 – 8/4): $117.00 (90% Refund)
• After Jersey Order (8/5 – 8/22): $65.00 (50% Refund)
• After the Season Starts (8/23 – 9/15): $32.50 (25% Refund)

1st – 6th Grade Select
