Equipment, Jerseys, and Refunds Policy

I. Equipment & Jerseys

The safety and consistency of our league play depends on proper equipment. Please review and follow the guidelines below:

1. Flags
   • All players must use league-provided NFL FLAG belts. No personal or non-league flags are permitted.
   • Flag belts may not be the same color as the shorts or pants to ensure visibility.
2. Jerseys
   • Each player will receive an official NFL FLAG team jersey from the league.
   • Jerseys must be tucked into shorts or pants if they hang below the belt line.
3. Football Sizes
   • Teams may use their own footballs during games.
   • Kindergarten – 3rd Grade: PeeWee size
   • 4th – 6th Grade: Junior size
4. Footwear
   • Players must wear shoes. Cleats are allowed unless otherwise specified for a specific location or event.
   • Cleats with exposed metal are strictly prohibited and must be removed.
5. Protective Gear & Accessories
   • Players may tape forearms, hands, and fingers, and may wear gloves, elbow pads, and knee pads.
   • Braces with exposed metal are not allowed, and any casts must receive league approval before participation.
   • Use of Stickum or any sticky substances is illegal.
6. Jewelry
   • All jewelry must be removed before playing.
7. Shorts & Pants
   • We recommend wearing shorts or pants without pockets.
   • If pockets or belt loops are present, they must be taped before the game begins.
   • Games will not be delayed for players to tape pockets at game time.
8. Headwear
   • Hats are not allowed during games.
   • Beanies are permitted, provided they are soft and pose no safety risk.
9. Optional Equipment
   • Mouthguards and soft-shell helmets are encouraged for safety but not required.

II. Refunds & Exchanges

Jerseys:

• If you ordered the wrong size or need an extra jersey, we can order a replacement and will send a payment link to cover the cost.
• If you received a different size than what you ordered, we will exchange the jersey at no cost.

Flags:

• The league usually has extra flag belts available. If a player needs a replacement, they should let their coach know, and the coach can email us at [email protected] to request one.

All replacement items are subject to availability and may take time to process.
